Audit process
Certification follows a two-stage initial audit (Stage 1 document review + Stage 2 on-site audit), followed by annual surveillance audits and recertification every 3 years.

Amendment 1:2024 — Climate action changes (ISO 9001:2015/Amd.1:2024, February 2024): §4.1 — The organisation shall determine whether climate change is a relevant issue. §4.2 — NOTE: Relevant interested parties can have requirements related to climate change.
