  1. 1

    You submit

    §9.7.1

Appeal a CAS certification decision — suspension, withdrawal, refusal, or scope reduction — within 30 days of being notified. Available in English, Arabic or Italian.

  2. 2

    We acknowledge

    §9.7.6

We confirm receipt, give you a reference number, and keep you updated on progress.

  3. 3

    We validate it

    §9.7.5

We gather and verify all the information needed to validate your appeal.

  4. 4

    Independent review

    §9.7.7 · §9.7.3

Your appeal is handled and decided by individual(s) not previously involved in the decision being appealed. You face no discrimination for appealing.

  5. 5

    We decide

    §9.7.6

A decision is reached — the original decision may be upheld, overturned, or partially upheld — and communicated to you.

  6. 6

    We close it formally

    §9.7.8

We give you formal notice that the appeals-handling process has ended.
