Report a problem

Something's wrong — with a CAS-certified organisation, or with our certification service, an audit, or our conduct.

e.g. a certified company isn't meeting the standard; an issue with an audit or our staff.

Appeal · §9.7

Challenge a decision

You disagree with a certification decision CAS made about you and want it formally reconsidered by independent reviewers.

e.g. your certificate was suspended, withdrawn or refused, or your scope was reduced.
