Need to raise a complaint or an appeal?

Report a problem
Something's wrong — with a CAS-certified organisation, or with our certification service, an audit, or our conduct.
e.g. a certified company isn't meeting the standard; an issue with an audit or our staff.
Challenge a decision
You disagree with a certification decision CAS made about you and want it formally reconsidered by independent reviewers.
e.g. your certificate was suspended, withdrawn or refused, or your scope was reduced.
Not sure, or affected by both? You can file a complaint and submit an appeal — they’re handled as separate cases.
